Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We only collect what you give us and a small amount of technical data needed to run the site securely.

Information you provide when you request a consultation or contact us:

• Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
• What you’re trying to do — buy, sell, or rent — and the property address, neighborhood, or ZIP code you’re interested in.
• Optional context you choose to share: budget or price range, financing or pre-approval status, and any free-text notes.
• The appointment time you select and your time zone.
• Your choices about marketing email and text-message contact.

Technical data collected automatically:

• Your IP address and basic request information, kept in short-lived server logs by our hosting provider to operate and protect the site.
• A challenge token from our anti-spam provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) when you submit a form.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare for and hold your consultation.
• To schedule, confirm, reschedule, cancel, and send reminders for appointments.
• To provide real-estate services you ask for and follow up about them.
• To send marketing emails or text messages — only if you have opted in (see below).
• To keep basic business records of consultations and no-shows.
• To secure the site, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with law.

Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only if you both provide a mobile phone number and check the separate SMS consent box on the booking form. That consent is never required to book a consultation or to use any part of this site — if you leave the box unchecked, your phone number is used only for a phone call about your inquiry and is not sent to Calendly for texting.

If you provide a number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Homes By Konjan about your inquiry and appointments, sent through Calendly on our behalf. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

To stop texts, reply STOP to any message or email us at the address below.

Marketing emails

We send marketing emails — such as new listings and Dallas–Fort Worth market updates — only if you opt in on the booking form. This is optional and unchecked by default.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an appointment you have booked.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and our scheduling, and only as needed for those purposes:

• Calendly — appointment scheduling. When you book, your name, email, phone number (if you provided one and, for SMS reminders, opted in), selected time, and the notes from your intake are sent to Calendly so the appointment can be created. Calendly sends appointment confirmations, reminders, calendar invites, and (if you opted in) text reminders to you on our behalf. See Calendly’s privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, request logging, and the Turnstile anti-spam check.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses very few cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

• A short-lived cookie is set during the one-time administrative Calendly connection and is not used for visitors.
• Cloudflare Turnstile may set a token to complete its anti-spam check when you submit a form.

Your browser controls cookie settings; blocking cookies may affect form submission.

How long we keep information

We keep consultation and appointment records for as long as needed to provide services and maintain normal business records, and then delete or de-identify them. Server and security logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider. If you ask us to delete your information, we handle it as described below.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.

To exercise any of these rights, use the deletion request form at /privacy/forget or email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Requesting deletion (“right to be forgotten”)

You can ask us to remove your information at any time using the form at /privacy/forget or by email. We aim to process requests within 30 days.

When we process a deletion request:

• We replace your name, email, and phone number in our records with a random, non-identifying reference and turn off any marketing or SMS consent.
• We remove the free-text notes and the specific property address tied to your inquiries. We may keep non-identifying appointment records (such as the fact that a consultation occurred and whether it was kept) for business records.
• We ask Calendly to delete your invitee data from any appointments booked through this site.

Some information may remain in short-term backups or security logs until they expire on their normal schedule.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we update the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
